Bagel Pass ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Vocta Marketing LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.
When you install Bagel Pass, we may collect: your email address, phone number (if provided), device type, IP address, general location (country), pass installation status, and responses to our onboarding questionnaire. If you reached Bagel Pass through an advertisement, we may receive campaign and creative identifiers that referred you.
We use collected information to: operate and improve Bagel Pass, process your offer completions, fulfill rewards and cashouts, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate with you about your account, and send relevant offers and rewards opportunities.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
To provide offers and process rewards, we share limited information (device type, IP address, user identifier, country) with our advertising partners, which include AdGate Media, Lootably, TapRain, and similar offerwall providers. We use minimal tracking technology to attribute offer completions and measure our marketing effectiveness. Our advertising partners may use their own cookies and tracking technologies when you interact with their offers.
We retain your information for as long as your Bagel Pass account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@bagelpass.com.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. If you are a resident of California (CCPA) or the European Union (GDPR), you have additional rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@bagelpass.com.
Bagel Pass is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately for removal.
