Welcome to Bagel Pass. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bagel Pass service operated by Vocta Marketing LLC. By using Bagel Pass, you agree to these Terms.
Bagel Pass is a digital wallet-based rewards platform. Users install a pass to their Apple Wallet and earn rewards by completing qualifying offers from advertising partners. Rewards are credited to the user's balance in the pass and may be cashed out via supported payment methods. Bagel Pass is currently iOS only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bagel Pass. You may maintain only one account per person. You must provide accurate and truthful information. Users must comply with the specific requirements of each offer provided by our advertising partners.
Reward amounts displayed are provisional estimates based on our agreements with advertising partners. Final reward amounts are determined by the advertiser after verifying your offer completion. Some offers require specific actions such as:
Each offer has its own requirements, which are displayed within Bagel Pass before you begin the offer. You must complete every action or goal required by the advertiser for a reward to be credited. Read each offer’s terms carefully before starting. Bagel Pass is not responsible for third-party offer terms.
Completions are validated by our advertising partners (including but not limited to Lootably, AdGate Media, and Prodege). Rewards are credited based on the conversions these partners report to us. Any reward that a partner or advertiser later determines to be fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise invalid will be reversed, and we may deduct the corresponding amount from your balance or from future rewards. These determinations by our partners are final.
Minimum cashout is $20. Cashouts are processed as merchant gift cards (e.g. Amazon, Starbucks, Target, Walmart, and other supported brands listed in the redemption catalog). Gift card codes are emailed to the address on file within 24 hours of approval.
Before releasing a cashout, we may require you to verify your identity through our third-party verification provider (Veriff). This may include providing a government-issued ID and a live photo for biometric matching. We use this process to prevent fraud and comply with applicable laws. Cashouts will not be released until verification is complete.
We reserve the right to delay, deny, or reverse cashouts if we suspect fraud, duplicate accounts, invalid conversions, or violations of these Terms.
You may not:
At the request of our advertising partners, we may be required to block specific users from accessing offers following a finding of fraud or abuse. Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending and earned rewards, and permanent ban from the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@bagelpass.com.
All content, design, and technology on Bagel Pass is owned by Vocta Marketing LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
Bagel Pass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the service. We are not responsible for issues with third-party offer providers, payment processors, or their content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocta Marketing LLC and Bagel Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the current balance in your Bagel Pass account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted. Continued use of Bagel Pass after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
