Terms of Service

Welcome to Bagel Pass. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bagel Pass service operated by Vocta Marketing LLC. By using Bagel Pass, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Bagel Pass is a digital wallet-based rewards platform. Users install a pass to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and earn rewards by completing qualifying offers from advertising partners. Rewards are credited to the user's balance in the pass and may be cashed out via supported payment methods.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bagel Pass. You may maintain only one account per person. You must provide accurate and truthful information. Users must comply with the specific requirements of each offer provided by our advertising partners.

Rewards and offers

Reward amounts displayed are provisional estimates based on our agreements with advertising partners. Final reward amounts are determined by the advertiser after verifying your offer completion. Some offers require specific actions such as:

• Installing an app and reaching a gameplay milestone
• Starting a free trial (and potentially canceling before the trial ends to avoid charges)
• Completing a purchase or subscription
• Filling out a survey or signup form

Read each offer's terms carefully before starting. Bagel Pass is not responsible for third-party offer terms.

Cashouts

Minimum cashout is $5. Cashouts are processed via PayPal, Cash App, Apple Cash, bank transfer, or gift cards depending on the method you select. Processing times vary by method and typically range from instant (gift cards) to 5 business days (bank transfer). We reserve the right to delay or deny cashouts if we suspect fraud or terms violations.

Prohibited activity

You may not:

• Create or operate multiple accounts
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to manipulate your location or identity
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to defraud our advertising partners or the Bagel Pass system
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize rewards earned through Bagel Pass
• Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Bagel Pass service

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending and earned rewards, and permanent ban from the service.

Account termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@bagelpass.com.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and technology on Bagel Pass is owned by Vocta Marketing LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

Disclaimers

Bagel Pass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the service. We are not responsible for issues with third-party offer providers, payment processors, or their content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocta Marketing LLC and Bagel Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the current balance in your Bagel Pass account.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted. Continued use of Bagel Pass after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
